With eight years of experience as a personal trainer and an Advanced Diploma in Sport and Exercise Nutrition my goal is to empower people with the knowledge and skills to achieve their ultimate health and fitness goal.
My passion for fitness began through childhood, playing 11 years of competitive tennis and really any sport that involved a raquet. As I moved into further studies at the age of 18 I started weight training and fell in love. It was mind blowing to me how resistance training could allow you to get stronger and sculpt your physique. It was from this point that my passion evolved into bodybuilding and after 9 shows and 14 years of resistance training it continues on to this day.
I have experienced the extreme sides of the sport but it has taught me that discipline, consistency and nutrition are just as vital in achieving your goal. I went on to further study Metabollic Nutrition, Charles Poloquin’s Bioprint methods and finally the Advanced Diploma in Nutrition. My focus is on flexible eating and I even use this method when preparing for a show. There is no reason why you can’t have your cake and eat it too!
