My name is Ryan Marinelli. I completed my Bachelor of Exercise Science in 2018, in which I undertook placement in a wide range of gyms and clinics, learning how to prescribe exercise for all ages and abilities. I am concurrently completing my Master of Physiotherapy Practice. Whilst this has given me a foundation, I always seek out new knowledge and try to apply it to myself and those I work with. My experience in the army reserves, health centres and sporting team settings, has given me a broad range of exercise prescription methods, to find an option that suits the individual.
My passion for training began as a 17-year-old, using fitness as a way of managing stress and improving myself. Since this age I have trained with goals to complete basic training in the army, fun runs (up to 15 km), Spartan Races (14 km), trekking in Nepal (240km), cycling (100km), in bodybuilding competitions (ICN/ANB first timer and novice 2019) and most importantly as a way of keeping my body and mind fit and healthy.
I have implemented training and nutrition strategies in my own life for many years and I thrive off educating and motivating others, to be able to change their lifestyle to become healthier and happier. I understand the importance of pushing yourself, maintaining good technique and most importantly creating a good environment that makes it enjoyable and gets you the results you want!
