Dear Legends, we are pleased to announce that we now offer FULLY INDIVIDUALISED ONE ON ONE NUTRITIONAL COACHING!
Having a Masters in Nutrition & Population Health from Deakin University, along with years of experience in working with individuals worldwide via online and face to face nutritional coaching, Head Coach Pierrson is now available to help you tailor a plan with your nutritional goals and achieve them!
What makes our nutrition coaching standout is the fact we have a deep emphasis in nutrition literacy/education and our focus is on YOU and YOUR individual nutritional goals/needs.
Some of our key features include:
1. Process driven – Educate you on PERSONAL nutrition & health prioritization based on individual needs!
This is where we firstly learn more about you as an individual taking into account your biological, social & psychological factors. Our nutritional coaches have experience working with both individuals online and face-to-face, as well as higher education qualifications (bachelors of exercise science/psychology and Masters in nutrition & population health). You can rest assure that you will be receiving top-tier service based on the latest scientific evidence!
2. Results – Achieve body composition goals!
We will guide you towards achieving YOUR ideal body composition goals. This is whereby you may have goals such as losing bodyfat or putting on lean muscle mass. While it is well known in the law of thermodynamics that energy balance is key to achieving your goal (i.e calories (energy) consumed < calories expended = weight loss). However, it is extremely crucial to figure the most sustainable & efficient method for YOU as an individual as the goal is not just for just a month or two but set you up for life!
included in our nutritional coaching is:
-fully personalised evidence based nutritional plan
-the option of weekly, fortnightly or monthly video/face to face consultations (based on individual needs) that are 30-45 minutes in duration.
-weekly email check ins and updates
-ongoing support
Nutrition, in our humble opinion, is not a cookie-cutter meal plan, macronutrient calculated program and/or a diet whereby you may only be allowed to consume certain foods/beverages. Therefore, based on your individual needs and/or nutrition literacy you may/may not need as much weekly video calls. This is also simply known as the art of individualization.
We charge by per month by the number of consultation/calls:
4 consults/calls – 200 AUD
2 consults/calls – 170 AUD
1 consult/call – 150 AUD
Please note there is a 3 month minimum term for nutritional coaching.

The importance of nutrition
Sports nutrition is a large and diverse field that’s concerned with how food affects athletic performance. Professional sporting programs already have a strong nutritional focus, with nutrition coaching increasingly accessible to amateur athletes and fitness enthusiasts across the world.
What you eat has a huge effect on your weight and overall health, not to mention your physical performance and ability to recover from injuries. A number of everyday foods are loved by the fitness community, including eggs and lean meats for protein, and fruits and vegetables for their antioxidant content. Each of these is key to high quality, high performance diet.
Here at Fighting Fit PT, our nutrition coach experts work with you to provide dietary advice and guidance as you strive to meet your fitness goals. We understand that each client is different, and so we offer tailored advice based on your physiology, lifestyle, and personal goals.
Healthy eating is not just about superfoods and supplements, it’s also about setting up sustainable cooking and eating habits that work with your training program. Nutrient-dense foods need to become a regular part of your daily routine, from foods rich in protein through to essential fats and healthy carbs.
Timing is critical
When it comes to the relationship between nutrition and exercise, timing is critical. Our experienced trainers can help you eat the right things at the right times to enhance your weight loss efforts and maximise your performance gains.
Clever eating habits can also help you to energise your workouts, which in turn will help you to workout more often. For example, low-fat meals that have moderate levels of protein and carbs can be beneficial before exercise, while foods like bread and cereal also help to provide short-term energy to your cells.
Eating protein after you workout can also be beneficial, with foods such as eggs and meats helping your muscles to recover and grow. Nutrition is also important for weight loss, with our fat loss programs helping to bring out the best in you.
Supplements
Here at Fighting Fit PT, we offer a wide range of advanced sports nutrition supplements. While there is no real alternative to a healthy balanced diet, supplements allow you to look after your nutrition with a laser-like focus.
Rather than spending all of your time sourcing ingredients and cooking your meals, supplements can be used to complement your food intake and make your life easier to manage. For example, protein powder is often used by people who lift weights as an alternative to rich and heavy meat meals. If you’re looking for a trainer who is also a nutrition coach, our qualified team understand the intricate relationship that exists between exercise and nutrition.
