Fighting Fit is excited to announce our open gym periods, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10am to 5pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 3pm. Our facility to clean and covid safe, with sanitizing stations, wipes, and a check-in system.
The open gym hours allow an experienced team member to always be available to give you assistance when needed and ensure you are able to have a great training session. We provide you with the exercise programming to achieve your goals or we can assist you in your training program. If you are new to the gym or have more experience, we can tailor your program to suit your level. See our Online Coaching Options.
Our coaching staff have experience working with individuals from many backgrounds and if general health improvement is your goal, we can assist. If you are after a more specific goal, we have experience in powerlifting, bodybuilding, endurance events, martial arts and military/police style fitness, that can be adapted to your program.
The new state of the art equipment from Eleiko and Matrix has been upgraded within the last two years. You will be able to train comfortably and effectively using a range of free resistance and machine-based weights. Leaving no muscles untouched.
In addition, there are cardiovascular training modalities such as the Concept Rower, Air Bike, Cross Trainer, treadmill, circuit training and boxing equipment to certainly get your blood flowing. As well as recovery modalities such as foam rollers and stretching guidance. We certainly don’t leave any aspect of fitness out and would love you to join us!
