Our gym features top-of-the-line equipment to help you reach your goals, build maximal strength, and enhance power. This includes competition-specific equipment so that you can practice exactly what you’d be doing in competition. Whether you plan to compete or simply want to push yourself to be the strongest you can be, the Fighting Fit PT team and our dedicated power lifting coaches are here to help.
Our Preston gym offers everything you need to take your power lifting skills to the next level. We are proud to have an Eleiko combo rack, Eleiko competition bars, and competition-calibrated plates, helping you get the most out of your workouts. We also provide a selection of other fitness equipment, including dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, and exercise-specific machines. On the cardio side, our fitness center includes treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical, and more. Our power lifting coaching staff is always more than happy to guide you in using the equipment safely and effectively, teaching you not just the lifts, but on how to get comfortable in and around the gym and it’s equipment.
Of course, there is more to being in power lifting shape than simply practicing the SBD (Squats, Bench presses, and Dead lifts). It is also important to be well-rounded in other areas of fitness. We create training programs with everything needed for diverse training to help you minimize injury and maximize results, building muscle and improving longevity.
We are immensely proud to have two actively competing power lifting coaches currently working at our gym. This gives you access to expertise and guidance from trainers who truly understand what it takes to be a power lifter, whether you choose to compete or not.
